I can't wait for June to come so I can get finals over with and then enjoy summer.. which is going to be busy because I signed up drivers ed for the summer (the 8AM session so I still have to wake up early) and then I also need to get volunteer hours since I'm going to be in NHS (my induction ceremony is on Tuesday), and have training days since I signed up for link crew next year (basically be a tour/activity guide for the upcoming freshmen), so thats what my summer is going to look like. Though, I hope to at least try to have a hot girl summer this year and maybe get a tan. Also, yesterday I went with my dad to see some garage sales happening in a nearby neighborhood and an old lady gave me two Cherished Teddies figurines for free, and I went on a whole rabbit hole research last night because they are so cute and now I'm obsessed with them (I got Hannah the thanksgiving/autumn one, and Cecillia "you pull on my heart strings").
Anyways, hopefully I can update next week but finals are coming up soon and teahcers are starting to assign our end of year projects so I'll be swamped.. But hopefully next week I can write more, signing off for now. :)

It has been like four months since I last added a new blog post..(oops) but anyways, I'm back. Theres 4 weeks (I think) until the end of school (YAY) so I'm happy about that, I finished with the sophmore state testing (SBAC testing) a few weeks ago and the last week of school will be finals so I'm a little bit busy just due to all of that and having big projects being due soon. My club's sewing machine arrived yesterday so I went this morning to try it out so I'm happy about that also. I'll start drivers ed through my school during the summer (a weeks after school ends.. in person... meaning I'll be going back into the school during the summer) and I'm lowkey kind of scared to learn how to drive but why not.

Happy New years (a lil late)! I ended up trying the whole eat 12 grapes at midnight thing on new years eve, but ended up finishing the grapes at 12:02 so all I can do is hope that they worked. Today I put away the small Christmas tree in my room, and my family took down the decorations and the tree in the living room. Time went by too quickly last year, and just keeps speeding up. It feels like it was just yesterday that we put up the tree and had Thanksgiving dinner, but who knows how long ago that was. Stores now have their Valentines day collections out, I feel like we all collectively moved on way too fast, and the holidays didn't feel like the holidays, no snow, just cold sunny days. It feels like I'm running out of time, and that everythings moving by too fast that I'm not able to adapt to it fast enough, but thats a lot of yapping and I have some stuff to do since it's almost 4pm. Guess I'll sign off for now, and I don't know whens the next time I'll have a bit of time to yap and write on here again.

I'm actually so done with this guy I swear.. (can I leave him in 2025 please like I'm done this time).

There was a terrible windstorm (and rain) last night and I ended up waking up at midnight bc of it (our town and nearby has been having flood warnings, but my neighborhood/area is not affected.) so school got canceled (it was a two hour late start but then they changed it to cancel school!!) so thats good. I got to rest a bit today, and Friday is the last day before winter break so thats fun.

Hey guys! next week is the last week before winter break so I'm excited (and overwhelmed because my freaking math teacher assigned 10+ pages due on Monday as part of the review, and most days next week I have tests) but overall yeah I'm excited. I submitted my submission to the Infinity Nikki 2025 Birthday/first year anniversary art contest so thats nice (my art account is private bc of Insta's safety features so I hope it still counts as a submission, I put the link in their survey and such).
But yeah, honestly typing this up I want to yap but don't know if I should, maybe next entry if things happen and escalate a bit (In a good way) I'll yap a lot, and this seems like a good place to wrap it up so..

Happy late Thanksgiving!! I have not posted or updated recently because I've been getting stuff done (this week's homework, projects, and prepping for an event my club is attending next saturday (12/6) because this year I became club president!(It's the Crafty Club at my school)). We put up the Christmas tree on Thanksgiving and watched the Macy's day parade on TV so that was nice, and the turkey came out really good. Lowkey been kinda stressed because it feels like I don't have enough time to get everything done and balance everything on my plate. Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving, signing off for now
