Happy New years (a lil late)! I ended up trying the whole eat 12 grapes at midnight thing on new years eve, but ended up finishing the grapes at 12:02 so all I can do is hope that they worked. Today I put away the small Christmas tree in my room, and my family took down the decorations and the tree in the living room. Time went by too quickly last year, and just keeps speeding up. It feels like it was just yesterday that we put up the tree and had Thanksgiving dinner, but who knows how long ago that was. Stores now have their Valentines day collections out, I feel like we all collectively moved on way too fast, and the holidays didn't feel like the holidays, no snow, just cold sunny days. It feels like I'm running out of time, and that everythings moving by too fast that I'm not able to adapt to it fast enough, but thats a lot of yapping and I have some stuff to do since it's almost 4pm. Guess I'll sign off for now, and I don't know whens the next time I'll have a bit of time to yap and write on here again.

I'm actually so done with this guy I swear.. situationship for around 3 years and he still doesn't commit, I'm so frustrated I don't even want to have to explain it all out, he's just a stupid guy who apparently doesn't even have feelings for me but still wants to talk or I don't even know what he wants at this point, we could have just straight up been friends from the start but we both blew that chance 2 years ago so thanks a lot (sarcastically). Anyways, today was the day before winter break so that was something. I'll end up seeing him next year (can I leave him in 2025 please like I'm done this time). 
Okay for realsies this time, anyways, goodbye, and hopefully I'll update this before 2026 (I'll go see what I can add or work on).

There was a terrible windstorn (and rain) last night and I ended up waking up at midnight bc of it (our town and nearby has been having flood warnings, but my neighborhood/area is not affected.) so school got canceled (it was a two hour late start but then they changed it to cancel school!!) so thats good. I got to rest a bit today, and Friday is the last day before winter break so thats fun.
Anyhoo, signing off for now.

Hey guys! next week is the last week before winter break so I'm excited (and overwhelmed because my freaking math teacher assigned 10+ pages due on Monday as part of the review, and most days next week I have tests) but overall yeah I'm excited. I submitted my submission to the Infinity Nikki 2025 Birthday/first year anniversary art contest so thats nice (my art account is private bc of Insta's safety features so I hope it still counts as a submission, I put the link in their survey and such).
But yeah, honestly typing this up I want to yap but don't know if I should, maybe next entry if things happen and escalate a bit (In a good way) I'll yap a lot, and this seems like a good place to wrap it up so..

Happy late Thanksgiving!! I have not posted or updated recently because I've been getting stuff done (this week's homework, projects, and prepping for an event my club is attending next saturday (12/6) because this year I became club president!(It's the Crafty Club at my school)). We put up the Christmas tree on Thanksgiving and watched the Macy's day parade on TV so that was nice, and the turkey came out really good. Lowkey been kinda stressed because it feels like I don't have enough time to get everything done and balance everything on my plate. Hope you all had a good Thanksgiving, signing off for now

Let's make this be somewhat of a first official blog post- yay me! I don't know how interesting these will be but hoping this continues once again as another side project on my never ending to-do list
